3. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery Location: It is the customer’s responsibility to designate a safe and accessible drop-off point. Cornerstone Lawn Services LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, underground utilities, or landscaping caused by the weight or operation of our delivery vehicles.
  • Curb Release: By requesting delivery beyond the public curb, the customer assumes all liability for any resulting property damage.
  • Scheduling: While we provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. Weather and traffic conditions may impact schedules.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Natural Materials: Due to the weight and nature of bulk materials (soil, mulch, gravel), all sales are generally final once the material has been loaded or delivered.
  • Cancellations: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may be subject to a restocking or administrative fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Lawn Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.
